Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of oil & gas projects from initiation to completion
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client requirements
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Manage client relationships and communicate project status effectively
Oversee contract administration, change management, and procurement activities
Conduct project reviews and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum Engineering, or related field
Minimum 12 years of experience in oil & gas project management, with ADNOC project experience preferred
ADNOC project approval and certification is mandatory
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
Sound knowledge of ADNOC standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple stakeholders
