Job Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of children and adolescents to identify learning, behavioral, or emotional issues
Develop individualized education and intervention plans based on assessment findings
Provide counseling and support to students, parents, and teachers
Collaborate with educators, healthcare providers, and families to support the child's development and well-being
Monitor and review student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed
Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments and interventions
Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff and parents on psychological and behavioral topics
Stay informed about the latest developments in educational psychology and mental health
Requirements:
Master’s Degree or higher in Educational Psychology or Clinical Psychology
Valid license or registration with relevant UAE authorities (if applicable)
Prior experience working with children and adolescents in educational or clinical settings preferred
Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach
