We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Lead (QA Lead)
Wellpharma is looking for an experienced and detail-driven QA Lead to strengthen its team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline (advanced qualifications are an added benefit).
7–10 years of professional experience within the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in Quality or Production.
In-depth understanding of GMP, quality systems, auditing processes, risk management, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), along with related policies and SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance.
Supervise deviation handling, CAPA processes, and change control mechanisms.
Manage investigations into market complaints, performing root cause analysis and ensuring preventive/corrective measures are applied.
Provide support for batch release operations, reviewing COAs, and compiling batch-related records.
Lead and coordinate self-inspections, external audits, and generate compliance reports.
Maintain and update Apex documents such as SMF, VMP, and the Quality Manual.
Implement and monitor Quality Risk Management (QRM) systems and mitigation strategies.
Handle vendor qualification/requalification processes while ensuring supplier documentation compliance.
Oversee strong documentation practices within QA and across connected departments.
