As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will help create a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
Manage reservation bookings and waiting lists efficiently.
Provide menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
Respond to guest inquiries and handle complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/ess station.
Monitor dining area to ensure guest comfort and safety.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
Assist in setting up reservations and preparing the dining area for service.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or in customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle stressful situations with patience.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills for reservation management.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
