Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for ENT examinations and surgeries, ensuring comfort and safety.
Assist ENT physicians during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition before, during, and after procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to protocols.
Educate patients and their families about ENT conditions, treatments, and postoperative care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient history, assessments, and treatments.
Follow infection control and safety standards at all times.
Ensure the proper sterilization and handling of medical instruments and equipment.
Collaborate effectively with the medical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Valid DOH License (Dubai Health Authority licensed Nurse).
Proven experience in ENT nursing or related specialty.
Knowledge of ENT procedures, treatments, and instruments.
Strong patient care and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
