Admin Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee daily operations of offices and showrooms.
• Manage office relocations and new office setups.
• Negotiate and arrange the purchase of office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
• Ensure smooth building operations, including security, maintenance, and repairs.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Handle visa processing, labor office tasks, and insurance matters.
• Stay updated on and inform management about local government regulations related to labor, immigration, and free zones.
• Participate in preparing the administration budget and monitor financial performance.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure cost-effective procurement of administrative services.
• Prepare and maintain administrative reports and MIS.
• Organize and plan company events and team-building activities.
• Support inter-departmental coordination for smooth workflow.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the UAE.
• Familiarity with labor laws and government regulations in Dubai.
Skills & Competencies :
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Good understanding of HR processes and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
