Executive Assistant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Duties and Responsibilities :
• Manage the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support in both official business activities and personal errands or tasks.
• Coordinate and follow up with team members in Milele Car Rental and Milele Properties to ensure the timely execution of assignments.
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
• Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
• Ensure timely follow-up on delegated tasks and projects.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the Chairman.
• Assist with personal arrangements, including appointments, bookings, and logistics.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and resourceful with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Urdu or Hindi is a must.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 5 to 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the automotive, real estate, or car rental sectors.
