Administrative Assistant
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• File Management: Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring all documents are accessible and up to date.
• Travel Arrangements: Book flights for team members, ensuring efficient and budget-compliant travel plans.
• Expense Logging: Accurately record all expenditures to assist with financial tracking and reporting.
• General Administrative Activities: Multiple general duties as defined by the Line Manager for the role.
