Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency.
– Coordinate between departments and support the team.
– Manage correspondence, meetings, and administrative files.
– Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
– Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and hospital departments, board members, and external partners.
– Organize and document leadership meetings, board meetings, and strategic sessions.
– Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience, as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and organizational tools.
