Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage Sleek Flow automation workflows.
Integrate Sleek Flow with the firm's CRM and communication channels.
Automate client onboarding, follow-ups, and inquiries.
Monitor and analyze workflow performance.
Collaborate with marketing and client service teams to improve automation processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
Provide training and support to team members on Sleek Flow usage.
Requirements:
Experience with Sleek Flow or similar automation platforms.
Strong understanding of automation workflows and chatbot functionalities.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of CRM and client communication best practices.
UAE experience is advantageous.
