Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries in both Arabic and English.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff and visitors.
Maintain confidential files and records.
Assist in organizing hospital events and meetings.
Liaise with various departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
Perform general administrative duties to support hospital operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
