Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Manage and monitor the progress of landscaping and construction works.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
Prepare and review site reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.
Ensure quality control and safety compliance at all times.
Assist in procurement and material management as required.
Report project status to management regularly.
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute.
4 to 5 years of experience in the landscaping industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
