System Administrator
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365 (M365) environments, including email services, user management, and security policies.
• Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and related domain services.
• Maintain, monitor, and optimize Windows Server environments (on-premise and cloud-based).
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Implement and enforce IT security best practices, including endpoint protection, identity management, and access controls.
• Manage cloud platforms (Azure, M365 cloud services) for scalability, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Perform regular system monitoring, patch management, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical support and issue resolution for escalated IT problems.
• Prepare documentation for processes, configurations, and system changes.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to deliver reliable and secure IT operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator in IT companies.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows Server environments.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs) and network security.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, M365 services).
• Proven knowledge of IT security practices including firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection, and identity/access management.
• Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or Microsoft 365 Certified) required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
