Job Description:

We are seeking friendly and dependable Counter Receptionists to manage our customer-facing laundry desk. The successful candidates will handle uniform collection and return, deliver professional service to clients, and keep accurate digital records of transactions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and dispatch uniforms at the counter, ensuring items are logged accurately.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service and respond to client enquiries.
• Coordinate with the call center to follow up on complaints, delivery updates and special requests.
• Maintain computerized records for billing and order tracking, and assist with basic POS tasks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma is required; degree holders are welcome.
• Familiarity with customer service best practices.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Basic computer skills and experience with billing/POS systems.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts (day, night, mid or split shifts) with one day off per week (any day).
• Immediate joiners preferred; priority given to candidates on visit visas or with cancelled UAE visas.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,500 (all in).
• Medical insurance provided.
• Return air ticket every two years.
• Accommodation, transport and meals are not provided.

Job Location: Abu Dhabi — candidates should be ready to start immediately if selected.
