We are seeking a highly experienced ADNOC PTW Coordinator to oversee and manage permit-to-work systems within our oil and gas operations. The successful candidate will ensure the safety, compliance, and efficiency of all work permits related to piping, shutdowns, and other critical activities, adhering to ADNOC standards and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the Permit to Work (PTW) system for all operational activities related to oil & gas production, maintenance, shutdowns, and piping works.
Review, approve, and ensure proper documentation of work permits in accordance with ADNOC safety standards.
Liaise with engineering, safety, maintenance, and operational teams to facilitate permit issuance and closure.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of permit processes to ensure compliance with ADNOC policies and industry best practices.
Monitor ongoing work activities to ensure safety procedures are strictly followed.
Facilitate risk assessments and ensure appropriate control measures are in place before permit issuance.
Maintain accurate records of permits, activities, and associated documentation.
Provide training and guidance to site personnel on permit systems and safety procedures.
Coordinate with shutdown and turnaround teams for planning and execution of complex piping and plant shutdown activities.
Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions related to permit activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in permit systems, specifically within oil & gas operations.
Proven track record working with ADNOC permit systems and standards.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Valid PTW Certification and relevant safety certifications.
Extensive experience in piping, shutdown, and turnaround activities.
Strong knowledge of ADNOC safety and operational procedures.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to work long-term, with a focus on safety and compliance.
