We are seeking a dedicated Site Administrator with over 7 years of experience in ADNOC oil & gas projects to support site operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site documentation, coordinating activities related to piping and shutdown projects, and ensuring smooth administrative support on-site. This role requires strong organizational skills and familiarity with oil & gas site procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain site documentation, including permits, reports, and drawings.
Coordinate administrative activities related to piping and shutdown operations.
Support site safety and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards.
Facilitate communication between site teams, contractors, and project management.
Assist in planning and scheduling site activities.
Track and update project progress and report on site activities.
Organize site meetings and prepare minutes.
Support logistics and procurement activities for site operations.
Ensure proper record-keeping of safety protocols and site permits.
Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance, leave records, and onboarding.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
7+ years of site administration experience in ADNOC oil & gas projects.
Experience with piping and shutdown activities (minimum 4 months exposure).
Good knowledge of safety standards and documentation procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document control systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
