Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealer network targets in UAE
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealer partners
Identify market opportunities and expand the dealer network
Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
Monitor dealer performance and provide training and support as needed
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in automotive or industrial sectors in UAE
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of the UAE market and dealer network operations
Leadership qualities and team management skills
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
