As a Senior Process Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality. You will lead process improvement initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Design and develop new processes, workflows, and systems to meet organizational goals.
Lead process mapping, process re-engineering, and documentation efforts.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure process alignment.
Develop and implement process improvement strategies using industry best practices and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
Train and mentor junior team members on process design methodologies.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Proven experience (15+ years) in process design, business analysis, or related roles.
Strong understanding of process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi, ARIS).
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively across teams.
