The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. The role involves analyzing production workflows, troubleshooting process issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and quality.
Analyze process data and conduct root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
Implement process control strategies and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to optimize product manufacturing.
Document process modifications and maintain process documentation.
Conduct process capability studies and prepare reports for management.
Support new product launches and scale-up activities.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process efficiencies.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of process simulation and improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and automation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
