Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project management, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region.
Proven experience in managing large infrastructure or building projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate all phases of civil projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Ensure project deliverables meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
