Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum of [X] years of HSE experience in road and infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
Knowledge of UAE safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
Strong communication, training, and incident investigation skills.
Ability to conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and site inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSE plans and procedures aligned with project requirements.
Conduct safety inductions, trainings, and toolbox talks for project personnel.
Perform site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor HSE performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Liaise with project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities on safety matters.
Ensure all site activities comply with local health and safety laws and regulations.
