Qualifications:

Proven experience in medical insurance coordination or similar role.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process employee medical insurance claims.
Act as liaison between employees, insurance providers, and healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate records of insurance policies and claims.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding insurance procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Keep updated on changes in health insurance policies and regulations.
