Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Extensive experience in resort or hotel management.

Knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and guest relations.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the resort ensuring high standards of service.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance.
Maintain guest satisfaction and handle escalated issues.
Monitor financial performance and optimize revenue.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
