Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
Proven experience in leisure or hospitality sales management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of the leisure and entertainment industry.
Ability to develop strategic sales plans and build client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase leisure bookings and revenue.
Identify and target potential clients and corporate accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns.
Prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, and provide forecasts.
Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
