Responsibilities:
Assess patient conditions and document medical histories.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and observe patient responses.
Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
Collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient care.
Qualifications:
Valid nursing license
Proven experience as an RN, preferably in medical wards.
Good knowledge of nursing practices and protocols.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
