Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients upon arrival and departure.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
Register new patients and update existing patient records accurately.
Handle patient inquiries and provide information about hospital services.
Collect and process patient payments and insurance documentation.
Coordinate with medical staff to confirm patient appointments.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with hospital policies.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration preferred.
Previous experience in a patient-facing role, preferably in healthcare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in hospital management software and MS Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service-oriented attitude
