Krah Operator : : Bahrain Pipes

The Krah Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Krah machinery used in the production of large-diameter plastic pipes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plastic manufacturing processes and a proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate Krah machinery for the production of large-diameter plastic pipes. Ensure accurate calibration, machine alignment, and efficient operation throughout the production process.

• Process Monitoring: Monitor the production process, adjusting machine settings as needed to maintain consistent product quality and minimize waste.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of produced pipes to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Address any defects or inconsistencies promptly.

• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on Krah machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement. Report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team for timely repairs.

• Material Handling: Load raw materials into the machine and ensure a continuous supply of materials during the production process. Handle materials safely and efficiently to avoid contamination or damage.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with company safety policies.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, including machine settings, output, and maintenance activities. Ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues during the production process, including machine malfunctions, material defects, or operational inefficiencies. • Collaboration: Work closely with other operators, technicians, and supervisors to achieve production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications: • Experience:

Minimum of [4-5] years of experience operating machinery in a plastic manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in plastic extrusion or injection molding.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of machine operation principles and hands-on experience with plastic manufacturing equipment. Familiarity with Krah machinery is a plus.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to maintain production efficiency.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in monitoring and adjusting machine settings to ensure consistent product quality.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in varying temperatures.

• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating Krah machines or similar equipment.

• Technical training or certification in machine operation or plastic manufacturing.

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
