Collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
Prepare reports on cost status and forecasts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Relevant UAE experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
