*150/30 (for single status) - single status accommodation provided

Working Hours:
Abu Dhabi: 07:00 to 15:00 (5 days a week)
Offshore: 06:30 to 18:30 (7 days a week)
Air Ticket: Round trip - Economy class provided (only for Employee)

Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month
Qualification (minimum):
*Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
*MBA (Advantageous)
*PMP certified (Advantageous)
Experience (minimum)
*10 years relevant experience of which at least 5 years in operations within the Oil & Gas Industry at a Supervisory level.
*UAE Experience (Oil & Gas) – Minimum – 3 year (mandatory)
*Proficient work experiences in Mechanical static and rotating equipment, Piping and HVAC and Engineering experience for new or replacement gas turbine generator and/or gas compressor project as an Mechanical Engineer, or Work experiences as an Engineer in gas turbine and/or gas compressor OEM/vendor in 5 years.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
* To prepare bidding documents, evaluate bids, carry out clarifications, conduct meetings, review designs, engineering drawings, supervise the installation and commissioning activities related to gas turbine generator, gas compressor and mechanical rotating and static equipment installation / replacement / operation & maintenance (but not limited to) of future and ongoing projects.
* To assess existing facilities remaining lifetime through the confirmation of existing mechanical equipment system operational risks
* The job holder is accountable for effective implementation and management of activities related to the mechanical, piping and HVAC engineering discipline of the assign project of Company facilities as per set quality standards, policies & procedures.
* Key decisions having significant impact on project execution are referred to the Superior for approval before implementation.
* Coordinates activities with other Units within the Department as well as other related sections.
* Prepare Tender document, evaluate bids, carry out technical clarifications, and arrange kick-off meetings related to the mechanical, piping and HVAC engineering works.
* Review mechanical, piping and HVAC engineering drawings wiring diagrams specification etc.
* Monitor checks on mechanical, piping and HVAC equipment; provide technicians with relevant documentation, support material, tools and guidance to ensure the installation/calibration/commissioning activities are carried out as per directions while attending to all non-conformances raised by team to ensure timely provision of solutions.
Special competencies:
* Engineering experience (FEED & EPC), Generator engineering
* Mechanical design, equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance
Job specific requirements:
*Strong knowledge and experience in the application of process operation systems and technology in Oil & Gas sector.
*Excellent understanding of any discipline engineering incl. mechanical (static and rotating), piping, HVAC, and instruments.
*Understanding of process engineering principles
*Understanding of whole system of gas turbine generator and gas compressor packages
*Drafting skills for EPC tender and Contract Conditions
*Analytical thinking, knowledge for risk assessment, and presentation for improvement plan
*Time management, multi-tasking skills, Problem solving skills
