Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor sustainability strategies in line with Mostadam rating system requirements
Ensure project compliance with Saudi Green Building Codes and environmental standards
Prepare and review sustainability documentation, reports, and submissions
Work closely with design, construction, and operations teams to achieve sustainability targets
Provide guidance and training to project stakeholders on sustainability best practices
Requirements:
Mostadam Accredited Professional (AP) to lead the assignment.
Proven track record delivering Mostadam Gold (or higher) projects in Saudi Arabia.
Strong experience managing construction-phase sustainability compliance (documentation, submittals, audits, and reporting).
Knowledge of Saudi sustainability codes and frameworks (Mostadam, Saudi Green Building Code, SASO) as well as relevant international standards (ASHRAE, ISO, ASTM, SMACNA).
Ability to develop and update a Sustainability Action Plan and submit monthly sustainability reports.
Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
Capability to manage online Mostadam forms, portals, and evidence uploads (monthly minimum)
Strong track record in waste management, Sustainability I monitoring, and sustainable materials compliance.
Access to qualified specialists (environmental, commissioning, materials, reporting) to cover all sustainability requirements under the project scope.
Must be a Mostadam Accredited Professional (AP)
Minimum 8+ years of experience in sustainability consulting or construction projects
Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks (Mostadam, LEED, WELL, etc.)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
