QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must have Engineering Background.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred)
Familiarity with construction site procedures and documentation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in site administration or project coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and organize site documentation, including drawings, reports, permits, and correspondence.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain records of daily site activities, manpower, and equipment usage.
Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and progress updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
