We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. This role is responsible for streamlining processes, improving productivity, managing teams, and ensuring operational excellence across departments or project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high levels of performance and accountability.
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Collaborate with departments such as HR, finance, logistics, and procurement to optimize operations.
Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
Handle vendor and client relationships, ensuring service level agreements are met.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
5–10 years of experience in an operations management role.
