Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Assist with password resets, account setup, and access permissions.
Install and configure software updates and applications.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level teams.

Requirements:
0–2 years of IT support experience.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Active Directory and printers.
Good communication and customer-oriented skills.
Diploma or degree in IT/Computer Science preferred.
