Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support directly to the CEO.
• Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and confidential documentation as required.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain effective filing and record-keeping systems for executive documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and travel itineraries.
