The Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities related to civil works such as structural, masonry, concrete, and finishing tasks. The role ensures that all construction activities are carried out safely, on time, and according to design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil construction work on site, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
Allocate tasks to workers, subcontractors, and vendors as per project timelines.
Monitor the use of materials and equipment to avoid wastage or delays.
Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, safety officers, and project managers.
Maintain daily work reports, labor records, and site logs.
Ensure site safety and housekeeping standards are followed strictly.
Identify potential construction issues and escalate them appropriately.
Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
Ensure that all site activities are executed in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of on-site experience in civil/construction projects.
Knowledge of construction drawings, surveying, and material specifications.
Familiarity with safety practices and site documentation.
