Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front office staff and ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures.
Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
Monitor daily arrivals, departures, and room allocations.
Train and mentor front desk team members.
Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
Assist in revenue management and upselling strategies.
Prepare and analyze daily reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in front office management or supervisory role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities.
Knowledge of PMS (Property Management System) and MS Office.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
