We are seeking a proactive Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients for accounting, audit, and related professional services. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, articulate, and possess a basic understanding of accounting concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote company services
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients
Maintain and update the client database accurately
Assist in preparing sales proposals and scheduling client meetings
Explain accounting and audit services clearly and professionally
Meet monthly and quarterly targets for calls, meetings, and closures
Coordinate with business development and accounting teams for smooth client onboarding
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of experience in tele calling or sales, preferably within accounting, audit, or professional services
Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus)
