Key Responsibilities:
Manage the GM’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Handle incoming correspondence and emails on behalf of the GM.
Draft and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
Serve as a liaison between the GM and other departments or external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Manage filing systems and administrative records.
Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned.
Perform general administrative duties to support the executive office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
