The Real Estate Team Leader oversees a team of real estate agents or sales consultants, ensuring they meet sales targets and uphold company standards. The role includes managing day-to-day operations, coaching team members, driving lead generation, and building client relationships to support the growth and success of the real estate business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales goals
Train and mentor agents on property sales, client service, and legal compliance
Monitor market trends and advise the team on pricing strategies and market opportunities
Generate and manage client leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
Assist agents in negotiations, closing deals, and maintaining client satisfaction
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales strategy sessions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 - 7 years in a leadership or team management role
RERA Certification (if required by region)
Valid real estate license (as per local regulations)
