Requirements:
- 8-10 years of relevant maintenance experience of which at least 5 years in Oil & Gas industry as a Planning Officer in Electrical Equipment’s maintenance.
- Bachelors/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Skills:
- Proficiency in maintenance management software, Electrical engineering principles, Time management, multi-tasking skills, Problem solving skills, Analytical and Conceptual thinking, Knowledge of industry standards and regulations Computer Literate, Project Management software/tools
- Maintenance experience, Planning Officer in Electrical Equipment’s maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Support Planning Engineer in the development of the annual maintenance budgets in coordination with respective section for all equipment and facilities within OFFSHORE, annual production, and maintenance plans.
- Collecting all the historical data/reports in terms of technical and financial perspective by liaising with the execution, team for ready reference in budget process
- Develop the following maintenance planning items in close coordination with the respective sections under the direction of Planning engineer
- Communicate and Co-ordinate with the site execution team for tracking the routine/planned activities for the preparation of reports and plan for respective planning engineer review
- Effectively manage maintenance records (History, reports, technical references, OEM documents etc.)
- Utilize project management tools to track progress against milestones and KPIs,
- Effectively plan the optimum allocation of workforce for a designated work order activity, Effective utilization of wrench time of the workforce on an optimum way
- Optimistic on the resource needs for unplanned/emergency jobs by identifying the criticality of planned work, Analysis and Establish Objectives by Review the recommendations/suggestions from the inputs like Incident / Trouble Report, Consultant Study Reports, Work Request, O/H (O&M) and Inspection Report General & In-house
working Observations, Integrity Section Report, Action Tracking System, SOC & NM’s, AWS Execution Report Audit Findings, OEM Recommendations and Identify Permanent & Temporary action
- Prepare Strategy by Quantify the volume of work, identify concerns Section schedule and prepare a list of tasks in coordination with the relevant Section, Work Schedule shall be updated clearly defining the division of responsibility, Wrap-up / Final report of job completion will be reviewed by the planning team and inform the respective execution team on the results.
