*Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Marine Engineering or related field. 
*15+ years of experience in managing marine construction or EPC projects,
*Proven track record of working with Qatari regulatory bodies (e.g., QatarEnergy, RLIC).

1) Manage construction of mooring and berthing dolphin reinforcements, tie-back systems, and installation of parallel motion fenders.
2) Oversee bathymetric survey and seabed dredging works. 
3) Serve as the primary interface with RLIC, QatarEnergy and Other regulatory bodies. 
4) Ensure compliance with RLIC’s permit and marine unit approval processes (e.g., SOEF vetting, spud barge approvals, vessel suitability). 
5) Coordinate with shipping agents and subcontractors for marine logistics.
6) Lead multidisciplinary site and engineering teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
