The Structural Foreman with Welding Procedure Record (WPR) knowledge supervises and coordinates structural construction activities with a special focus on welding operations. This role ensures that welding is performed according to approved procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations, while overseeing the daily work of structural teams on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise structural construction activities, especially welding works, ensuring adherence to WPR standards
Interpret and ensure compliance with Welding Procedure Records and welding codes
Coordinate with welders, inspectors, and engineers to maintain quality and schedule
Inspect weld joints, workmanship, and materials to ensure compliance with specifications
Ensure all welding activities follow safety guidelines and regulatory requirements
Manage and schedule daily tasks for the structural and welding team

Qualifications:

Relevant technical diploma or certification in Structural or Mechanical Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Structural Foreman in construction projects with welding works
Strong knowledge of Welding Procedure Records (WPR) and welding processes
Ability to read and interpret welding codes, drawings, and specifications
Familiarity with site safety standards and welding safety protocols
