Sales Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the logistics and shipping sector.
• Promote and sell LCL (Less than Container Load) cargo services across UAE and international markets.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
• Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate rates to close profitable deals.
• Collaborate with the operations and documentation teams to ensure timely cargo movement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback for service improvements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.
Required Qualifications :
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
• Strong existing client network in the LCL cargo market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth understanding of UAE logistics market and international shipping processes.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills :
• Experience with CRM tools and sales management systems.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment.
