A Guest Service Agent (Russian Speaker) is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in/check-out processes, responding to guest inquiries, and providing information or assistance — all while communicating fluently in Russian and English (or the primary local language).
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in/check out guests at the front desk.
Provide assistance and concierge services in Russian and English.
Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
Resolve guest issues or complaints professionally.
Provide travel or local area information to Russian-speaking tourists.
Coordinate with housekeeping, bell desk, and other departments.
Maintain accurate guest records and transactions.
Promote hotel services, offers, or upgrades.
