Officer - Corporate Banking
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Job Details :
• Excellent MS Office skills, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Secretarial courses or diploma preferred.
• Banking Diploma preferred
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a secretarial/ administrative assistant/ coordinator position.
Key Accountabilities :
• Manage calendars of the Segment Head/Unit head
• Typing memos, letters, CA’s as and when required.
• Assist in making presentations for the department.
• Maintain minutes of meeting (if any), circulate to the members and follow up on action items.
• Travel and hotel booking for corporate banking team
• Customer / internal events (Dinners, conferences etc.) within the defined guidelines.
• Delivery of gifts and cards for customer occasions
• Making reservation is hotel for the team and clients
• Preparation of various MIS required by the business unit
