Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
Conduct market research and provide clients with information on property values, market trends, and legal requirements.
Prepare property listings, promotional materials, and conduct property showings.
Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and legal documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, developers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Handle client inquiries and provide regular updates throughout the transaction process.
Maintain a database of properties and client contacts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher; relevant certifications or licenses in real estate preferred.
