Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their property needs and business goals.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure favorable deals for clients.
Develop and execute property marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Conduct detailed property valuations and feasibility studies.

Mentor and guide junior consultants and sales agents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
Extensive experience in real estate consulting, sales, or property management.
