A Senior Property Consultant provides expert advice and consultation to clients on buying, selling, leasing, and managing real estate properties. They play a key role in developing client relationships, negotiating complex deals, and delivering market insights to maximize client satisfaction and business growth. The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and leadership within the consulting team.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on real estate market trends, property values, investment opportunities, and legal requirements.
Manage high-value property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leasing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their property needs and business goals.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure favorable deals for clients.
Develop and execute property marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Conduct detailed property valuations and feasibility studies.
Collaborate with legal, financial, and technical teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Mentor and guide junior consultants and sales agents.
Prepare comprehensive market reports and presentations for clients.
Ensure compliance with relevant real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
Extensive experience in real estate consulting, sales, or property management.
Deep understanding of real estate markets, investment analysis, and property laws.
Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a consulting team.
Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and MS Office.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
