Property Consultants build and maintain client relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and provide property options that meet their needs.
Conduct property viewings and present detailed information on available properties.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Prepare and present property proposals and negotiate terms of sale or lease.
Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
Maintain and update client and property databases.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
Keep abreast of current real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate laws.
Meet or exceed sales and leasing targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
Previous experience in real estate sales or property consulting is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of local real estate market and legal regulations.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
