Resolve client queries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams (product, credit, operations) to deliver seamless service.
Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes.
Prepare regular reports on client status, pipeline, and performance metrics.
