We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operation & Reservation Executive to manage bookings, reservations, and operational activities related to travel and tourism services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth reservation processes, provide excellent customer service, and coordinate efficiently with service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle reservations and bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding availability, pricing, and policies.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
Maintain and update reservation systems and databases accurately.
Process payments, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies.
Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company guidelines.
Prepare reports on reservation status, sales, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
Good knowledge of reservation and ticketing systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
